We have one notary, who can assist you with registering your ANC, a notarial bond or with notarial certification of documents. We offer a wide range of conveyancing services, such as: registering of a bond over a property, cancellation of a bond, transfer of ownership of a property, donation of property, deed of sales and other contracts. Wills & Estates
A will is not an expensive item, but an extremely good investment. Death and taxes are inevitable. A properly drafted will caters for both. We assist with the drafting of wills to ensure that the testator’s wishes are implemented and that financial benefits such as maximum permitted deductions from estate duty, are obtained. Both of our attorneys are experts in estate matters. Our firm handles the administration of estates, we do enquiries at the Master's Office in Mahikeng every two weeks and at the Vryburg magistrate's court whenever necessary. We also do Estate Valuations. Estates are our specialty. You can be assured that any estate you bring to our offices will be handled with efficiency, care and respect.
